Engine Air Filter Replacement

Model: Nissan X Trail MK 2, T31 - Years 2007-2014

Replacing the engine air filter is very simple as the filter box is located at the rear right of the engine bay (when viewed from the front), near the shock absorber mount; once you locate the filter box, unclip the retaining clips and pull out the drawer containing the filter; then remove the old filter, ensure there are no dirt residues inside the filter box and remove them if necessary, and fit the new filter correctly into the drawer; finally, slide the drawer back in and reattach the retaining clips.
