Today, we will discover the main steps to remove and replace the timing chain on the Nissan Navara, as well as the Pathfinder. In this guide, the timing chain replacement operation is shown with the engine on a stand; therefore, you need to remove the transmission components to access it by taking off the timing cover.

At this point, mark the timing chain reference, unscrew the tensioner bolts to remove the sprocket, and then the chain, as illustrated in the video. Now install the new original timing chain!
