How to Reset the Service Reminder on a Nissan Navara

To reset the service reminder on a Nissan Navara, follow these general steps: Sit in the driver's seat and ensure all doors are closed. Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "ON" (ACC) position. Do not start the engine. Find the reset button for the trip odometer, usually located on the dashboard. Press and hold the trip odometer reset button while turning the ignition key to the "OFF" (OFF) position. Keep holding the trip odometer reset button and turn the ignition key back to the "ON" (ACC) position. Continue holding the trip odometer reset button for about 10 seconds until the maintenance reminder light starts flashing or the display shows that the reset procedure is complete. The exact method may vary depending on the year and version of the Nissan Navara. Release the trip odometer reset button. Turn the ignition key to the "OFF" (OFF) position and remove it from the ignition. Start the engine to check that the service reminder has been reset correctly.
