Replacing the key fob battery in the Nissan Versa, as we can see in this tutorial, is an extremely simple and quick operation. To do this, you will need a small flathead screwdriver and a replacement battery of type CR2025. First, locate the slot on the bottom edge of the key fob, right on the ring, then insert the screwdriver into it, pry it open, and separate the two halves.

Next, remove the old battery and insert the replacement battery, making sure to respect the orientation, that is, with the negative terminal facing you.
