To unlock the radio in a Nissan Note, you need to remove the device to read the serial number on the sticker inside. Once you have the serial number, enter it into specific smartphone applications or websites to obtain the four-digit unlock code.

Enter the pin by pressing the appropriate numbers on the touchscreen: after entering it, confirm by pressing "Ok" and then select "Accept". This will unlock the device and make it usable.
