Model: Nissan Juke MK 1 - Years 2010-2019
Part: Oil filter
Operation: How to perform a complete service on the 2017 Nissan Juke 1.5 "dCi"?

Today's tutorial will explain how to perform a complete service on the 2017 Nissan Juke with a k9k, 1.5DCI engine, and 81kw/110 horsepower. The first step is to wash the engine using the appropriate Rapidflush product for your vehicle. This should be done with the engine running. After 10-15 minutes, rev the engine to allow the product to drain, then move on to the next step. The second step is to remove the oil filter. To do this, first remove the oil pan using a square key. Once the oil is drained, proceed to remove the filter. The oil filter is located in a specific position, between the water pipes and the engine. It is recommended to remove the air tube to access the filter. Using the oil service kit shown in the video, you can replace the filter. To tighten the filter optimally, a torque wrench is necessary. Now you can add the new oil and reassemble the previously removed air tube. The required quantity is 4.4 liters.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it. There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother. Now remove the plastic center console around the handbrake by first working from the rear to release it and lifting it until the brake lever passes. Also in this case it is not necessary to remove it completely but, paying attention to the connected cables, it can be stowed in front of the passenger seat. At this point we notice that at the base of the handbrake lever, on the front, we find a nut. By acting on it, with a 10 wrench, we can adjust the brake force, increasing it by turning the nut clockwise, or decreasing it by turning it counterclockwise. Once adjusted, the center console can be repositioned first, pressing lightly to engage it, and then the profile of the gearbox base.
