In this video, learn how to replace the cabin air filter (also known as the pollen filter) on a Nissan Qashqai J11. The filter is located at the base of the dashboard on the passenger side, in the footwell. Remove one of the side panels to access the lower part of the glove compartment; this will allow you to reach the small drawer that contains the filter, located in the upper left corner of the passenger footwell.

Take out the dirty filter and use compressed air to clean the compartment of dust and debris, then insert the new one, ensuring the correct orientation (the arrows must always point downwards). Close the drawer, refit the lower part of the glove compartment, then replace the side panel, and the job is complete.
