First, get into the vehicle and pull the lever located at the bottom, driver's side; then move to the front of the bonnet and release the locking pin found between the grille of the front bumper and the bonnet itself, as illustrated in the video.

At this point, lift the bonnet to access the engine compartment, securing the stay; all that remains is to lower the bonnet to close it properly until it clicks.
