Removing the gear gaiter on the Nissan Juke is a simple task that can be done in a few minutes, aided by our short video tutorial. To remove the gaiter, first unclip the outer plastic cover using a lever tool. Once the plastic part is removed, the gaiter will lift off; it must be pulled upwards, but first, you need to remove the gear lever by also pulling it upwards. Once removed, you can insert a new gaiter or perform internal maintenance without issues. To fit the gaiter, follow the same procedure in reverse.
