Replacement and Maintenance of Shock Absorbers

Model: Nissan Leaf ZE0, MK 1 - Years 2010-2017

Open the boot to remove the plastic cap covering the top of the shock absorber. This is also in the same position on the other side of the boot. Position your vehicle on appropriate stands and proceed to free the shock absorber from the bottom. Unscrew the bolt located at the bottom. Now unscrew the bolt at the top while holding the central screw steady. You can now remove the entire shock absorber and replace it by reversing the steps.
