Follow these steps to replace the cabin filter on your Nissan Qashqai. Access the passenger side of the car. Remove the mat from the floor.

Unscrew the panel beneath the glove compartment: this will give you access to the filter cover. Remove the plastic cover to access the filter.

Extract the old filter. Insert the new filter, press it slightly, and fit it into its housing as shown in the video.

Reassemble everything in reverse order. In the aforementioned video, you can also see how to replace the bulb inside the glove compartment and how to remove and refit the glove compartment itself.

Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins.
