How does the intelligent cruise control of the Nissan Qashqai work?

In this video, we see how the intelligent cruise control of the Nissan Qashqai J12 works: we will use the control panel located on the right side of the steering wheel, pressing the button that represents a half steering wheel: press it quickly and set the speed, which must be within a range between 30 and 160 km/h. We can modify it using the +/- buttons that we always find on the same side of the steering wheel, then we establish a distance from the vehicle in front, minimum, medium, or maximum; in this way, our car will maintain the set distance from the vehicle in front of us, modulating the speed; it automatically deactivates at speeds below 30 km/h. To deactivate it manually, press the "cancel" button. It is important to keep the sensors clean so that they can work optimally.
