Remove the Engine Soundproofing Cover of an Opel Astra

Want to remove the plastic soundproofing cover that covers the engine head? Follow this detailed guide to disassemble the cover on an Opel Astra. Pull the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift the bonnet, securing it. Remove the soundproofing panel by hand: grip the panel and unclip each hook located underneath. Once removed, check the rubber clips where they are situated. Finally, refit the plastic panel, pressing down with your hands until the clips engage.

How to Replace the External Wing Mirror on a Ford C MAX
