Keeping the engine air filter clean and efficient is essential to ensure the engine always draws the correct amount of clean air, benefiting both performance and fuel consumption. Therefore, periodic cleaning is recommended, leading to complete replacement when necessary.

The engine air filter box (Air Box) is located at the front of the engine bay, on the passenger side, just behind the right front headlamp. Simply unscrew the two securing screws of the cover to lift it and remove the old filter.

Remove any dirt residue and insert the new filter, ensuring the seal adheres perfectly to the edge before securing the cover.
