Use the screwdriver or the appropriate tool to pry between the glass and the mirror cap at the top of the glass. Once the top of the glass is slightly out, pull out the glass to remove it. Once removed, disconnect the connectors. At this point, it will be possible to replace the glass by reconnecting the connectors to the new one and reinserting it into place.
