The replacement of the cabin air filter on an Opel Astra model H vehicle follows simple and quick steps that can be done independently. The filter is located inside the cabin under the passenger side glove box. We remove the side panel of the footwell to access the filter box. We also release the side parts of the glove box to have a wider access to the box. We remove the cover of the box and extract the used filter. We clean the box housing and insert the new filter after closing the cover, then we reassemble the glove box and the lower part of the footwell.
