How to repair a remote key for an Opel.

The repair of the Opel key with remote control is performed on a workbench following the steps shown in the images. The shell is opened at the indicated access point, carefully separating the two halves to avoid damaging the pins. The PCB is extracted, and the condition of the buttons and contacts is checked: if a microswitch is loose or detached, it is resoldered using flux and a fine tip, avoiding overheating; if the problem is a cracked shell or worn rubber buttons, the PCB and blade are transferred to a new shell. The battery compartment (battery holder) is checked, and any bent contacts are restored; then, a new battery of the same type is inserted, ensuring the correct polarity. The shell is closed by engaging the tabs and pressing along the perimeter until it clicks uniformly. Finally, the open/close function is tested, and if applicable, the ignition; if the remote control does not respond, check the battery, polarity, microswitch soldering, and repeat the assembly.
