TPMS learning tutorial for Opel vehicles

Model: Vauxhall Corsa Corsa D - Years 2006-2014
Part:

In this video, we can see how to perform the TPMS learning on an Opel vehicle in order to reset the warning light. We get into the car and close the doors: the handbrake must be engaged and the gear must be in neutral. We turn on the ignition and press the "menu" button located on the left lever next to the steering wheel and look for the "tire pressure" option, then we hold down the button at the top of the lever for 5 seconds: the vehicle emits a double horn sound to alert us that it is ready for learning. The reading with the appropriate diagnostic tool, which we can find for example on AliExpress with code 1005008295001139 for the price of 144.06 euros with free shipping, must be done clockwise, starting from the front left wheel; each time it reads the sensor, the car emits a horn sound for confirmation. This way, the learning is completed.

Installation of Upgraded Intercooler Radiator with Pipes

Lift the vehicle on suitable axle stands, remove the front wheels, and then the front bumper and grille. Proceed to remove the front headlights; drain the coolant, remove the intercooler radiator and the hoses connecting it to the intake system. Position the new intercooler radiator in the grille, temporarily securing it with cable ties, and mark with a marker the part of the metal that needs to be removed to allow the new hoses to pass through. Cut the marked portion of metal and apply a gasket to the edge. Remove the inner cover of the bumper and position it near the radiator to identify any interfering parts to eliminate: again, apply a gasket to the edge of the cut. Create brackets for securing the new radiator and proceed with the installation of the connecting pipes from the radiator to the intake, shaping and connecting them appropriately. Finally, reassemble the bumper, headlights, and grille.
