How to Easily Remove a Grille

Model: Volvo S40 MK 2 - Years 2004-2012

This very short video illustrates the procedure for removing the front grille of the Volvo S40 or Volvo V50. Obtain a flat lever, in this case, a knife. Place one hand at the centre of the grille to hold it steady and use the knife to lever at four points on the lower part of the grille. This way, you will unclip the four clips of the grille. Once this operation is done, the grille will unclip at the bottom; to remove it completely, simply pull it towards you with the hand that was holding it steady. Once removed, you will notice the four clip seats at the bottom and the four slots at the top.
