How to remove the headrest from the Volvo S40?

To remove the headrest from the Volvo S40, leverage the lower part of the headrest, near the left support bracket: this will unlock the internal fastening mechanism of the bracket. This will allow the headrest to be lifted and subsequently extracted from the backrest: now you can position the new headrest on top of the backrest. Then, push the headrest down and insert it into its seat, securing it properly and adjusting it according to your needs.
