How do you remove the headrest of the Volvo S40?

In order to remove the headrest of the front seat of the Volvo S40, you need to press the two buttons located immediately below the headrest, at the sides of the headrest supports: while holding down these buttons, you will need to push the headrest upwards from the back of the seat. This way, you will be able to completely remove the supports from the inside of the backrest: this way, you will be able to insert the new headrest into its housing, and then adjust it according to your needs.
