How do you reset the Service light on the Opel Insignia?

Model: Vauxhall Insigna Insigna A, MK 1 - Years 2008-2017

You will need to navigate the menu within the instrument panel that appears on the Opel Insignia to make the Service light disappear, after the panel has been activated by turning the key in the ignition. You should stop when you find the option showing the remaining oil life and the corresponding percentage. To reset this to 100%, simply press and hold the SET/CLR button located at the end of the left lever. This way, the message will start to flash until it becomes steady again, and the remaining life percentage will be back to 100%.
