How do you reset the Service light on the Opel Insignia?

Model: Vauxhall Insigna Insigna A, MK 1 - Years 2008-2017

The Service indicator displayed on the instrument panel of the Opel Insignia can be reset by scrolling through the menu on the instrument panel, after it has been turned on by turning the key in the appropriate lock. You must stop when you find the option for the remaining oil life and its percentage: to return this percentage to 100%, simply hold down the SET/CLR button located at the end of the lever on the left side of the steering wheel. This will cause the wording to start flashing, until it becomes solid again and the remaining life percentage is at its maximum and the Service indicator disappears.
