Let's see how to remove the rear lights from the Opel/Vauxhall Vivaro-Renault Trafic (the same vehicle with different badges). Start by removing the fixing screws from the light unit (usually two screws), then gently pull it out: it is held by fairly rigid ball pins. It is advisable to pull carefully and move slightly to disengage it. At this point, disconnect the wiring connector. To facilitate future fittings and removals, apply some grease to the ball pins. If replacing with newer model lights, the connectors may be different.
