How to replace the key battery in an Opel Crossland X? Let’s see in this guide how to perform the replacement correctly. Take your ignition key and use a screwdriver to pry between the two plastic halves of the fob (until they separate); remove the flat battery with a screwdriver and take a new one of the same size and voltage (as shown in the video). Reassemble the two parts of the key fob cover until you hear them click into place. Check the proper functioning of the key fob by pressing the door lock and unlock buttons.
