How to Remove the Steering Airbag on an Opel Karl

Today, you will learn how to remove the steering airbag from your Opel Karl. First, open the bonnet and disconnect the battery. Now, turn the steering wheel fully to the right. You will notice a slot behind the steering wheel. Take a screwdriver and insert it into the slot where there is a clip holding the airbag in place. Release it and pull the airbag; this will detach it from one side. Now, turn the steering wheel to the opposite side and repeat the same procedure to completely release the airbag and pull it out.
