Let’s see how to remove the BCM (Body Control Module) on an Opel/Vauxhall Corsa D: the BCM is located behind the glove compartment, on the passenger side of the cabin. In this case, it is a right-hand drive, so we are referring to the left side.

It is always advisable to disconnect the negative terminal of the battery before performing this operation. To remove the glove compartment, open it, unscrew the three TX20 screws (1 on the side wall and 2 at the bottom of the compartment).

Remove the glove compartment from its housing, and you will see the BCM installed on the wall: it is a black rectangle with several electrical connectors; disconnect the connectors and remove the BCM from the wall by taking out the two T10 screws, one at the bottom right and one at the bottom left.
