- Years 2005-2011
Today, you will learn how to replace the engine oil filter and engine oil on an Opel Zafira B. The steps to follow are quite simple and quick; first, open the front bonnet and unscrew the oil reservoir cap to facilitate the draining of the oil from underneath. Lift the vehicle on axle stands and using a 24 mm socket, unscrew the sump plug. While allowing the oil to drain into a container, unscrew the filter and proceed with the replacement. Clean the inside of the filter and replace the washer before inserting the new one. Once the oil has fully drained, close the sump plug and lower the vehicle from the axle stands.
