How do you change the oil filter on the Opel Zafira?

To change the oil filter on our Opel Zafira, we first need to open the hood and then open the oil cap and pull out the dipstick to allow air to pass through. Next, we lift the car on a lift or with a jack and locate the oil pan. We clean the area around the cap well and proceed to unscrew it, being careful to place an empty container underneath to collect the used oil. Once this is done, on the right side of the engine we see our filter, we unscrew the screw that holds it in place and gently remove it. Once removed, we can proceed to remove the old filter and replace it with a new one along with a new gasket. We clean everything well and reposition it in place. Once the filter screw is secured, we can close the oil pan cap. After completing these steps, we can add new oil.
