Removing the Oil Sump from an Opel Zafira 1.6 Turbo CNG

Today, you will learn how to remove the oil sump from an Opel Zafira 1.6 Turbo CNG. First, lift the vehicle and drain the engine oil by unscrewing the drain bolt. Next, disconnect the oil transport pipe to the turbocharger and remove the nuts from the exhaust manifold to create space for the sump removal. At this point, unscrew all the fastening screws of the oil sump; then gently remove it and clean it thoroughly with a degreaser before refitting. Apply the reverse procedure for reassembly!
