In this video, you will see the main steps to remove and replace the turbocharger of the Opel Zafira B, following the instructions below. First, open the bonnet and start by removing the plastic pipe connected to the turbocharger.

Next, unscrew the bolts of the exhaust manifold, detaching it from the turbo. At this point, unscrew the bolts of the timing cover, moving aside the various wiring; now unscrew the bolts of the turbo and disconnect the electrical connector of the sensor.

Finally, remove the turbo, following the video to the end!
