Removing Turbocharger from Opel Zafira CDTI Diesel

Model: Vauxhall Zafira Zafira B, A05, MK 2 - Years 2005-2011

In this video tutorial, you will see the main steps to remove the turbocharger from an Opel Zafira CDTi Diesel. First, open and lift the bonnet: remove the front bumper by unscrewing all its screws, and take out the headlights to facilitate access to the turbo. Next, remove the front steel bar and disconnect the turbo hose and the windscreen washer reservoir by unscrewing all the screws. Once you reach the turbo, disconnect its electrical connector and remove it: follow the video to the end!
