Removing the Heater Fan Resistor from an Opel Agila

Model: Vauxhall Agila Agila A - Years 2000-2007

In this video, you will see how to replace the heater fan resistor in an Opel Agila. First, position yourself on the driver’s side and remove the accelerator pedal as the resistor is located right behind it. Using a 10 mm socket with an extension, unscrew the three screws holding the pedal. At this point, detach the entire pedal assembly and move it away. Now unscrew the screw of the resistor and pull it out: try to detach it using a lever as the resistor may get stuck in the sleeve. Disconnect the resistor connector and remove it!
