How to Replace the Engine Air Filter on the Opel Insignia

Replacing the car's air filter? Let’s remove the filter on the Opel Insignia. Pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard and lift the front bonnet, securing it with the prop.

Unscrew the securing screws above the air kit, remove the cap of the filter box, and extract the worn air filter. Insert a new filter into the designated housing (ensuring it fits snugly against the walls).

Finally, refit the cap of the air box and tighten the screws. Close the front bonnet after maintenance.

Start the engine and check the operation of the Insignia.
