If you want to change the cabin air filter on your first-generation Opel Insignia yourself, follow the procedure in this guide. First, purchase a new air filter compatible with your Opel Insignia, then get into the car and open the glove compartment.

Once done, remove all items inside and then dismantle the plastic cover located at the side of the dashboard. After that, also remove the glove compartment and locate the air filter box. Finally, replace the old filter with the new one.
