How to Replace the Cabin Filter on the Opel Insignia

Model: Vauxhall Insigna MK 2, Insigna B - Years 2017-2026

In this video, you can see how to replace the cabin air filter on the Opel Insignia: the filter is located inside the glove compartment, so you will need to remove it by unscrewing the three screws inside plus the external one that needs to be removed from the dashboard thickness in contact with the passenger door, taking off the plastic cover. Once the glove compartment is lowered, find the cover of the compartment where the cabin air filter is stored. Use a plastic spatula to pry it open and pull out the filter. Clean the compartment well with a blast of compressed air and a cloth, removing dust and debris, and replace it with the new one, ensuring it is inserted in the correct direction (the arrows must always point downwards). Close the cover and put the glove compartment back in place.
