Alternator Pulley Replacement on Opel Corsa D 1.2 86 hp

Start by unscrewing the inner nut with a 24 mm spanner: this is already a somewhat complex job, so you might want to pair a T50 Torx bit with the 24 mm socket. If you have a tube to apply force and extend the 'paired' spanner, even better. Unscrew the nut and remove the pulley. In addition to replacing it, it is advisable to change the washer as well, or even use two if possible, as a single washer (as fitted by the manufacturer) creates too little thickness. Screw on the new alternator pulley. If you do not have all the tools, know that often, along with the pulley, a kit with all the necessary tools is sold.
