In today's video we will see some important instructions that will allow us to disassemble the clutch on an Opel Astra 1.7 CDTi. First of all we lift the car and we go to remove the oil vent bolt, letting it come out in a container; after which we open the engine hood and remove the battery. At this point we remove the front wheels and also remove the mudguards, unscrewing the screws; we remove the left front axle shaft and subsequently disconnect the exhaust manifold, unscrewing the bolts. We just have to remove the gearbox, unscrewing all its bolts, and access the clutch to replace it!
