Today we will discover the main instructions useful for disassembling and replacing the clutch kit of the Opel Astra 1.9 CDTi. First of all, lift the car and start by removing the front wheel on the transmission side; disconnect the front driveshaft and remove the exhaust manifold to access the transmission screws, as shown in the video. At this point, it will be possible to access the clutch pack by unscrewing the screws to remove it and replace it with the new original one; reassemble the original clutch and then all the transmission components, following the video tutorial until the end!
