How do you remove the gear shift lever in the Opel Astra H?

The decision to disassemble the gear lever may have to do with a problem of the interlocking ring, located at the base of the lever, therefore needing replacement, or something else. In the video here, we see how to replace the aforementioned ring and therefore disassemble the previously mentioned lever. There is no need for various equipment, simply grasp the lever with both hands and pull it forcefully upwards. We will immediately notice the interlocking ring, which can also be simply removed with hands and then simply close everything back together.
