How to Remove the Front Seat of an Opel Astra

Is the seat of your Opel Astra damaged? Let’s look at removing the front seat of the car. Move the seat back using the appropriate handle, raise the seat base, then, using a socket spanner, undo the securing bolts on the front rail. Move the seat forward using the adjustment handle and remove the securing pins from the rear of the rail. Finally, disconnect the power connectors for the front seat. After removing the front seat, all that’s left is to fit the new one. Remember to use all the bolts and connect the electrical connectors to the seat.
