Replacing the Key Battery on Opel Astra H

Model: Vauxhall Astra Astra H - Years 2004-2010

The same key is used for Opel Corsa D and Opel Zafira B. Replacing the internal battery of this key is really a piece of cake, and now we will demonstrate it. To do this, simply obtain a small flat screwdriver and lever in the middle slot to split the casing into two parts. Voila! Here is the battery! At this point, simply remove it from its seat, possibly using the screwdriver to lever it out from underneath, and insert the new one you purchased. The battery in question is a CR2032 3 Volt. Reassemble the casing, and you’re done.
