Replacing the key battery on an Opel Astra model K follows the same steps as replacing the key battery on an Opel Insignia. The steps to follow are: - Remove the metal key from the remote by pressing the grey button located on the back of the cover; - Insert the metal key into the slot on the side to open the remote; - Remove the battery from the remote; - Insert the new battery into the remote; - Close the cover; - Reinsert the metal key into the key/remote. Once finished, test the key's functionality.
