Removing the Alternator from an Opel Zafira

How do you remove the alternator from your car? Let’s see how to remove the alternator when it is damaged. Lift the bonnet and secure it, locate the battery and disconnect the terminals. Raise the car and remove the wheel to access from below. Unscrew the bolts with a socket, being careful not to damage the wiring harness, and unscrew all the alternator securing bolts. Once the removal is complete, you can extract the alternator. Take the new replacement part and insert it into the appropriate housing, screw in the securing bolts, then tighten the side bolts of the alternator. Test the new alternator after installation.
