Replacement of Steering Tie Rod End

Model: Vauxhall Zafira Zafira A, MK 1, T98 - Years 1999-2005

If you notice play in the steering wheel or noise while driving over bumps coming from the front wheel, it is likely that the tie rod end of the steering box is damaged: lift the vehicle, remove the front wheel, and unscrew the fixing nut of the tie rod end from the hub; if possible, use the appropriate puller to remove the tie rod end from the hub seat or use a hammer as shown in the video; then loosen the lock nut on the tie rod and unscrew the old tie rod end (count the number of turns to try to maintain alignment); then screw in the new one with the same number of turns and secure the tie rod end to the hub by tightening the locking nut; then tighten the lock nut.
