In this tutorial video, see how to remove the rear bumper on an Opel Astra H, following the instructions below. First, open the boot and start by unscrewing the fastening screws found on both sides of the wheel arches; then detach the bumper from the sides as shown in the video. Now, fully detach it by gently prying at the sides; then disconnect the various cables found at the back of the bumper. Finally, reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure of disassembly!
