In this video, you will see how to replace the coolant flange on the Opel Corsa D. Always disconnect the battery before any operation. Now you can start by disconnecting the temperature sensor; then drain the coolant, using a basin placed under the car, by unscrewing the hose.

This way, you can also recover it and reuse it for topping up. Next, unscrew the three screws with a 10 Torx key and remove the remaining pipe to extract the coolant flange. Now you can proceed with the replacement and reassembly of the new part.
