To remove the air vent, first remove the side cap of the dashboard, then the trim piece covering the central section of the dashboard; next, unscrew the screws securing the air vent and pull it out of its housing; at this point, disassemble the vent by detaching the front grille from the support; now it is possible to unclip the vanes and proceed with the repair: the last vane is detached from the orientation mechanism; use glue to reattach the vane to the adjustment mechanism.
