Replacing the battery of your Opel Mokka is not a complex operation, but it requires particular attention as it is also necessary to remove the electronic board present just below the battery itself. Before finding out which are the various steps to perform, we remind you that everything must be done with the engine off. Raise the hood and locate the battery on the right side of the engine compartment. Immediately below is the electronic component to be removed. First disconnect the two battery poles starting from the negative one (black). Then, using a flat screwdriver, also remove the small water tank used to wash the windows. At this point unscrew the screw that holds the electronic board in place and remove it completely. You will finally have access to the battery safety lock screw. Unscrew it and remove the old battery. Replace it with the new one and, finally, correctly reassemble all the various components removed previously.
