Removing the Front Door Panel

Model: Vauxhall Astra Astra G - Years 1998-2006
Part: Door trim panel

Start by releasing the window switch buttons, prising along the edges with a small flathead screwdriver, then disconnect the power connector; repeat the same operation on the external mirror adjustment switch; then remove the trim covering the internal handle and unscrew the screws underneath, including those located under the lower edge of the panel; at this point, lever along the edges of the panel to release the clips and remove it from the door, also removing the triangular-shaped trim corresponding to the external mirror and disconnecting the lock cable.
